Who am i ?
I’m Kieron, the face (and voice) behind Red Gorilla Training.
I’m not your typical “Instagram trainer.” I grew up on a council estate, worked as a scaffolder, and know exactly what it’s like to grind for everything you’ve got.
Fitness changed my life not just physically, but mentally. It gave me purpose, structure, and confidence when I needed it most.
Now, I use that same no-BS approach to help others do the same. I don’t sugarcoat things. I’ll push you when you need it, support you when you’re struggling, and teach you everything I know about getting real results.
My Coaching Philosophy
You don’t need to be perfect you just need to start.
I believe progress comes from three things:
Consistency — small steps, done often.
Accountability — someone in your corner to keep you on track.
Enjoyment — because if you don’t enjoy it, you won’t stick with it.
My goal isn’t to turn you into an athlete.
It’s to help you move better, feel confident, and build habits that make you proud of who you are in and out of the gym.
My Experience
Over the years, I’ve trained across bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and have recently taken up Muay Thai with a deep interest in exercise science, biomechanics, and human performance.
That mix of practical graft and scientific understanding means my coaching is grounded in real results, not trends.
