  • 100%. Most of my clients started exactly where you are now unsure, maybe a bit anxious about stepping into the gym. My job isn’t to throw you in the deep end; it’s to guide you, build your confidence, and make sure you’re learning correct technique from the ground up.
    Every session is adapted to your level, so whether you’re brand new or getting back into it, we’ll move at your pace. You’ll surprise yourself at how quickly you improve when you’ve got the right support and structure.

  • That depends on your starting point and how consistent you are but if you follow the plan and stay accountable, you’ll start feeling stronger and more energised within the first few weeks.
    Most clients notice big changes in confidence, performance, and body shape within 8–12 weeks.
    I don’t do crash diets or quick fixes I build lasting results. My approach focuses on strength, movement, and building habits that stick, so you don’t just get results, you keep them.

  • Totally get it. Most of my clients have demanding jobs or kids fitness has to fit your life, not take it over.
    That’s why I build flexible training options: in-person sessions, group classes, or online coaching that you can complete in your own time, wherever it suits you.
    Even 3 quality sessions per week (45–60 mins) can completely change how you feel, look, and move. The goal isn’t perfection it’s progress and consistency.

  • Good question they all serve slightly different goals:

    • 1:1 Personal Training is fully hands on in the gym. Perfect if you want guidance, structure, and accountability face-to-face.

    • BoxFit & Bootcamp are small group sessions great energy, motivation, and community. Perfect if you want to sweat, have fun, and still be coached.

    • Online Coaching gives you flexibility. You get a custom plan, weekly check-ins, and full support train wherever, whenever.
